The Results Companies Announces Opening of Cebu Contact Center
LAPU LAPU CITY, CEBU (PHILIPPINES), February 25, 2013 – The Results Companies (Results), one of the world’s leading customer experience management partners in the business process outsourcing (BPO) space, announced that they will be opening a customer contact center in the city of Lapu Lapu, Cebu. The new center, equipped with the latest technology and employee amenities, is Results’ fourth Philippines-based location. The center resides within The Mactan Newtown, a 50 acre cyberpark that is expected to generate employment for 25,000 workers within five to seven years. The location’s formal inauguration took place on February 20th and was witnessed by Philippines President Benigno S. Aquino III.
