Silver City Center Expansion

This month construction began to expand our Manila, Philippines, center to 885 seats by July 2010.

Our Manila team celebrated the expansion of this center by having a "Knock Down" wall party to mark the start of construction. The team came prepared in construction attire to sign the main center wall before demolishing it and enjoyed the event. As construction will be completed this summer, we are inviting our current and prospective partners to tour our Silver City site when they are traveling to the region.

Results Expand Its Domestic Footprint

New Call Centers in Florida and Illinois

The Results Companies (Results), a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), has opened two new call centers in Winter Haven, FL, and Streator, IL. The facilities have a combined capacity for 350 employees and opened for business in October 2010 to service a health care client. This expansion will allow Results to accommodate current and future client growth needs for exceptional customer service operations.
